I think all the blame is being pinned on P-Noy when the reality is he is just trying to clean up the mess due to the culture of massive corruption in Fil govt since the Marcos era. #poor whipping boy/ scapegoat =( He also made some really wrong choices for his Cabinet like Mar Roxas who graduated on top of his class but he denied relief goods for the victims of Yolanda due to political clan grudges vs the Romualdezes making the poor constituents suffer =(
