I think an outlet to express yourself is important. A lot of my friends have their music or some other way to express themselves in art form. I have never been very artistic and my personality is often described as analytical, so my form of expression reflects just that. It means a lot to me to be able to be as vocal and direct about issues I am passionate about, and it means even more that some of you take the time to listen. While some of you believe using facebook to discuss controversial topics is silly or maybe even a waste of time, I love learning from those who are engaged in those topics. I can enjoy a well structured argument as much as I can a song or painting. Having a platform to stay engaged at any time is very special to me.
