I think its ridiculous how many people try to swindle and negotiate with photographers. Asking me to photograph something for free for advertising or trying to purchase my artwork for half price because youll put my name underneath the photo at your business, or even telling me that I should charge less for my photos because theyre not affordable are about the most ignorant things you can say to a photographer. I will never do anything probono and I will never give anyone a discount on my artwork. If you dont want to pay for it, then I dont want you to buy it. You wouldnt believe how many phone calls I get each week from people wanting something free. Its the reason why hardly any photographers make money. Please respect artists.
