I think its sad that this dependapotamous shit is a real thing. I mean yeah, Im overweight and my soldier makes more money than I do, but I do everything I can to show him gratitude for being such an amazing man and husband. I keep his finances in order, pay his bills, invest some of his income, and make sure the life things are handled. I dont understand how a wife could just sit around doing absolutely nothing all damn day. I tried it, and I failed at it hard. But then, I was raised in the military and I served myself, so I guess there is something to be said for having ethics. But to those of you thinking ALL fat spouses are this dependapotamous shit, I humbly ask you to re-think that stereotype assessment. Sometimes, just sometimes, a pretty wicked injury happened instead of her eating those paychecks. Sadly, I recognize that not enough of us exist to drown out this crap.
