I thought yould all like to know that I have made contact with Michalina Chmielewska in Poland. She is a direct descendant of my grandfathers sister. Through her help I now know the name of my 2 x great grandparents Maciej Jozefowicz (born 1823) and Frances Rochinia (born 1825). I have also learned the names of two grandaunts whom I knew I had but didnt know their names. She was using a public version of Ancestry and found my research. We are now connected through Facebook. It was over 100 years ago that my grandfather left Poland. Now after all of these years, I have found my second cousin twice removed. My second cousin Zofia, the grandmother of Michalina, is also alive, but unable to communicate. Michalinas parents are also alive. Hopefully we will be able to collaborate and get more names. These names all came from a small town called Gosciszka. Mike Jozefowicz
