I took these photos this morning at the Northern End of Pattaya Beach. The Beach/Sea Wall was rebuilt only around 12 months ago. However as you can see the quality of the work quite simply is terrible. The Wall has collapsed in many places leaving completely un fenced dangerous 5-6 foot large holes that anyone could fall into anytime. The first photo shows a large electric transformer that could fall into the water at anytime. When it does I assume there will be Power Outages.
