I totally promise that Im not at all perfect at this. I started this journey in my twenties (Im thirty now) and I would yo-yo up and down while in the Air Force (those physical fitness tests were my only motivation...be healthy enough to pass). So here Im showing both the strong and the exhausted versions of the same exercise as part of my workout program I do. Im not asking anyone to be perfect all at once, I just figure if I can learn to push play most days to lose and keep off my thirty pounds, so can someone else. Id love for you to join me.
