I try not to post too many informational videos on my page unless I am answering questions about programs BUT I literally just ordered my next thing. I am going to start the 3 day refresh. I am going to admit it...I have been very stop and go when it comes to my nutrition and fitness. I have decided to take a big leap and do the 3 day refresh followed by a 21 day fix style meal plan AND T25 along with my running. I am constantly finding time for workouts BUT I am also constantly finding excuses for poor nutrition. Part of my biggest issue is not EVER finishing a program. 1. Turbofire...I did this for a good month and then slowly stopped and started.. 2. PiYo...this one lasted about a month before I switched too... 3. Focusing on my half marathon training, which I have fallen short on so I purchased... 4. T25 and Body Beast and I have only done 1 workout so far from T25 and I cant seem to bring myself to buy weights for Body Beast (I second guess every single one I pick out...I need to just pick it and DO IT!) That is why I am challenging myself to finish T25 ALONG with completing my Half marathon training...even if there is just a Personal Half marathon at the end. I have multiple challenge groups starting this month if you are interested in one of the many things I am DIVING into and I am hoping you guys hold me accountable so I can complete an ENTIRE program!
