I tumbled into bed totally exhausted last night. The beds here are very soft and comfortable (except they give those little half pillows instead of normal ones, but that is a whole other story). So I snuggle up in this soft bed, with a big down comforter. I have the air turned down nice and cold. Very relaxed. I start to doze off. I wake up a short time later and find that I have started to sweat. So I roll into the middle of the bed and go back to sleep. I toss and turn quite a bit when I sleep, I guess, because I kept rolling over to that spot where I started. It was still damp. After the third time I did that I realized that it had been long enough that that spot should be dry. So I smelled the wet spot. Turns out someone had peed the bed- all the way through and soaked the mattress- and the maid had just covered it up with a nice dry pillow top and sheets. I feel pissed.
