Today, I was expecting a parcel to be delivered while I was at work, so I left a note on the front door asking that it was left with next door, or chucked over the side gate, as it was only a new sling for my poorly shoulder so it wasnt fragile. Mid morning, I got a text to say that it has been left with a neighbour about 100yds down the road, which is odd when the one I asked it to go to is the other half of our semi. Anyway, when I went in to the garden a parcel had been chucked over the side gate, addressed to our house. It was a bit soggy as it had been raining, but excitedly I ripped it open to find.... 2 bras, 2 thongs and a pair of fluffy stilettos, all slightly damp! That was funny enough on its own, but you should have seen the look on Louises face...... (they arent her size in case you were wondering). Now I have to work my way round the neighbours asking a) do they have my parcel, and b) are they by any chance missing some new underwear and a pair of fluffy stilettos. And then Ive got some explaining to do to Louise Neale......
