I use to be one track mind when it came to training my body only wanting to lift heavy ass weights in the gym. Times have changed and I really enjoy doing outdoor workouts and trying different things to train Tonight doing sprints on this football field and just wing it maybe throw around a heavy rock I found and maybe some cartwheels? Jk.. But SRS. Took my SHATTERSX7 pre workout by MuscleTech although I dont like the fruit punch flavor (bleh) will try a different flavor when I run out. Its actually very peaceful out here with no music or people around. Just the way I like it 90% of the time! #aspiretobegreater
