I used to think that India is a uniquely ignorant place where Hitler is seen as a heroic figure and his crimes against inhumanity including holocaust ignored. Given the disturbingly high number of posts made (and still being made) by some of my mostly kashmiri friends praising hitler, regretting the final solution not being implemented, etc, it seems some kashmiris have indeed become an integral part of that strand of repugnant Indian society that is prejudiced, ignorant, violent fantasist, and immoral. Occupation is not an excuse for this level of what is idiotic ignorance at best and repugnant hate politics at worst. I have a rather high number of friends on my list and i wont mind hitler admirers from unfriending me. It would be easier than my continuing to remove one person after another. Thanks in advance for your cooperation. (And i write this with heavy heart but i am not here to educate those who enjoy their genocidal ignorance. I know that this is partly a peril of over-relying on social media with its own limitations)
