I voted yes on #HRes569, the rule defining the process for considering #HR4438. The closed rule (no amendments allowed) provides for 90 minutes of debate equally divided between the chairman and the ranking member of the Committee on Ways and Means. An amendment in the nature of a substitute is considered adopted, and one motion to recommit (return the bill to committee) with or without instructions may be offered. The resolution passed 230-188.
