I want my children to experience happiness, but I want them to BE Holy! They are the kids, Im the daddy, and anything that doesnt build Christian character and Godliness has no place in our home. Others may parade their little girls up and down the beach in their bikinis, ours will be modest, others may place emphasis on a ball field on Wednesday night, ours will be in the church house, others may ship theirs off to the prom and into the dating scene, ours will court in the presence of mama and daddy, others may allow Hollywood to influence their childrens attitude, ours will be influenced by the King James Bible. Im not raising animals at my house, but children; children whom God can use for His Glory. I may be old fashioned, I may be narrow minded, and I may be robbing my children of many of the pleasures of this world, but where you place a big emphasis you get a big return! Are you raising your children in light of the judgment seat, or in light of the proverbial Jones ?
