I want to give a few shout-outs tonight... First up to the Resolution 56 (8 week challenge) group. Working with you all personally its been amazing to see how much youve all progressed. From some of you struggling to run a lap of the gym at week one, to others losing lots of weight to others just getting healthy and feeling better about themselves. The results have been unreal. Secondly, to the Next Level Challenge Group. I havent worked personally with you guys as Mark Bohannon has done an outstanding job of heading this project up. But seeing the results this morning and watching you all get stuck in over the last 8 weeks with advanced nutrition and training protocols was impressive to say the least. I also want to recognise all the positive people that are moving forward with the new gym programme Evolution 365. Change is never taken lightly by any of us, but im so pleased the vast majority are on board with it. I have the most awesome team off staff around me and people just dont see the effort, emotion, passion and planning that goes in behind the scenes away from the whistle blowing and shouting that goes on on the gym floor! They really are a remarkable and special group of people and every day is a pleasure coming into work with these guys. Everyone in that team contributes so much to the bigger picture of RM Fitness functioning as effectively as it does. Finally, on a personal level, Michelle Meadows is my rock. She keeps things solid at home with the twins, and supports me fully so I can operate effectively with my business. Always there to sound ideas off and often sees things I dont see. I am really excited to be going forward with the improvements to how we operate at RM Fitness and there isnt 1% of my body thats in doubt about how much better its going to be for everyone involved with RM Fitness.
