I want to take this time out and congratulate Coach Boddie and The Butler Bulldogs. We lost to his team today by 14. Went down by 11 at the half. We did a better job of taking care of the ball and boxing out in the 2nd half. We were able to cut the lead to 3 twice, but we were unable to seal the deal. Of all the teams that we have played this year (including the teams we played at Tri - City High School in East Point, GA and Rutland High School in Macon, GA) Butler is the 2nd best team that we have faced. They have a very talented and athletic team. Next game tomorrow at 7:30 against another very good team, The Josey Eagles. Tip off is 7:30, at The HEAL Complex on Paine College campus. We have some things to work on, but I love this group. Time to go to work!!!
