I want to thank everyone for the best birthday wishes ever! I feel so loved! My day started out with so many gushy birthday wishes and gifts from my class. Then my entire class from last year came down on their own and wished me Happy Birthday! After school a former student of mine who is in 6th grade came to see me with his mom. I had special messages from former students too...even those who have graduated. I miss them all. Some of my favorite birthday wishes came from my own former teachers. Even though I talked non stop, they influenced my life and my chosen profession. I had super uplifting wishes from former friends I graduated with too. My day ended with my fellow second grade teachers taking me to Starbucks then I went to Bunco with my besties. When I finally arrived home at ten, my family each wrote me the sweetest notes. This was a perfect birthday! Thank you for making it that way!
