I want you all to listen to this. I needed the reminder this morning and it came at the perfect time.... Your journey is your journey. No one else has the same journey as you. Think about it. You may push your kids in basketball while someone else is pushing theirs in choir. Your business is no different. Both of you may WANT THIS for your kids, but the track each of you take to get there will be different. How fast or slow it goes, will not be the exact same. Just like a music teacher cannot compare himself to a basketball coach, you cannot compare yourself to someone else in this business. That is why you keep your head down, and your chin up. That is why you grind HARD, and let your WHY take over. And most importantly, take a moment to soak in the moments that are happening RIGHT NOW. One day you will look back and not even remember half of it. At the moment a music teacher or basketball coach decides to retire - they are both soaking in all that they did while they were doing what they were best at. A music teacher is looking up some of his greatest students, to see where music has taken them. Hes remembering recitals that went perfectly, knowing that it was because of his teaching. A basketball coach is admiring his trophies, going to watch some of his boys play college ball. Hes soaking it in that for some kids basketball was all they had. He played the father and the coach. He developed some of those kids. He stands PROUD of what his JOURNEY gave him. The JOURNEY is the ACCOMPLISHMENT. Not just the ending title... Not just the money. Not just how FAR you make it... But the steps you took to get there. Take them in. Soak it UP! Youre changing lives... And one day, you will want to look back and admire all of these moments. ❤️❤️❤️❤️ Theres always gonna be another mountain. Im always gonna wanna make it move.
