I was Gobsmacked to receive this into my email inbox! There are some lovely people who give me faith in what I am doing! This is the email: Hi Sue, I’m John, Peter Francis’ brother in law, we met earlier today. Firstly, thank you ever so much for hosting us today for lunch at the ground. For an Evertonian of 46 years like myself, it was a great experience and you really made us feel at home. Sue, you indicated that you may be able to put me in touch with somebody who could arrange a photo with a player for fund raiser Tanya Hook. I’ve attached the newspaper article describing how Tanya is attempting to raise £10000 for Radio City’s ‘Cash for Kids’ appeal by doing ’40 things to do before age 40’ challenge. Tanya is doing some great work, including a forthcoming charity ball at the Adelphi. You will see from the article (you will need to zoom in) that she is having a real problem getting in touch with the right person at Goodison to arrange this photo and I thought I’d try and help.
