I was approached by charity collectors today to support a childrens charity, which I declined due to my already donating to animal charities. A woman who was in the midst of donating to said childrens charity turned and said (with a sneer) pah! Children are FAR more important.to which I replied well..that is your opinion, and you are entitled to it.. but I feel saddened that these situations even arise. You cant possibly give to all good causes, where would you draw the line? Anyway..just wanted to share with my ginger friends...I shall continue to support the animals, but sad that people see fit to sneer at it as if its not worth bothering. Where would the animals be without us? Shall be giving my lot extra snuggles tonight...they are the lucky ones...
