I was asked why I waste my time with Free Groups, especially the Clean Eating group that starts this coming Monday...heres the thing. I am ALWAYS on the search for info and courses on various things from network marketing to hormonal health to fitness to going green...you name it! And lots of peeps out there PROMISE to offer you ALL THE INFO YOU NEED, if you just pay a small fee (or LARGE in many cases) and time after time I either dont have the funds atm OR I do pay and dont get my moneys worth...not even close!! I have found a few amaze-balls peeps out there that do offer their advice for free (Kimra Luna and The Sweaty Betties comes to mind) and I have learned SO Much from them that I am internally moved to do the same. So my Facebook Clean Eating groups will ALWAYS be free...you may want to take part and you may not. But to ALWAYS put a price on my knowledge so you can live a healthier life is not my desire. Yes, to work one-on-one I charge. Its my business and its what I do. And I do not apologize for that. But to offer general info for free and to HELP others with something they struggle with is not what Im about. So there. Take it or leave it. Its ok if you dont get my gib. I wont take it personally ;)
