I was at a talk on gender diversity last evening, and someone said that men dont like to give up power which is why they try to subdue women, especially in the work place. Now I dont understand how this works as an individual because from what I know, to make any sort of team better, you work with each others strengths, acknowledge your own weakness, let the team grow, and thereby grow as a person. I know that many dont think like this, but to all the men who see this, I am really curious to know what you think. Is it okay with you that we are accused of being such unfair human beings?
