I was born and raised here in Vigan and only went to the beautiful and enchanting mountainous place of my mother during summer vacations up to my high school days to be with my relatives at my mothers side.. We seldom see each other but they have always been in my heart and in my thoughts.. The death of my uncle, Jose Almazan (my mothers brother), really broke my heart.. And up to this point, I still just couldnt believe it and wished its just a nightmare.. Uncle, I know youre wrapped with Gods loving arms now and in a place with everlasting happiness.. We love you! And to the heartless person who did that to you, I hope that someday you will get what you deserve!!!!!
