I was born in another country... perhaps that is why in this country I will always feel like a visitor and an observer of those who claim this their land... been thinking a lot about folk and how people recognize their people... you could spend years in New Brunswick - as a comes from away [which I was told in Halifax how we are looked at] - and never feel like you belong here .. settling down in a place with so much establishment and what I see as lack of regard for child safety makes me wonder if I was directed here for a reason ... when you speak out publically on any issue or take a position against what is ... just understand there is a backlash, even from people who are purporting to be activists and enlightened stewards of this planet .. Ill never understand how people separate humans from the environment.. Im not wired that way.. for the youngsters coming up .. I hope your teachers, parents, schools make real good choices for your safety, and theirs... *tips brim down on ball cap*
