I was challenged by one of my friends to do the Ice Bucket Challenge. I am not really a fan of cult Facebook movements though I appreciate the power of social media in raising awareness of various global health, political, environmental and philosophical issues. So I decided instead to find out a bit about MND and to make a wee video to help raise awareness of MND within my friend group. I shall not be challenging anyone to do an Ice Bucket Challenge but instead challenging everyone to take a moment to be thankful for what they have and to spare a moment for those less fortunate.
