I was curiously reading through the Gospel of Thomas and indeed I think Thomas served his purpose..My Thomas bearing friends have this seeming inclination to curiosity. read--Gospel of Thomas vs 8 8) And he said, The Kingdom is like a wise fisherman who cast his net into the sea [Christian era] and drew it up from the sea [Christian age] full of small fish [Various Christian denominations]. Among them the wise fisherman found a fine [Note that ‘large’ is a key that has to do with ‘fine’] large fish [Singular teaching, true teaching of Christ]. He threw all the small fish back [Christian denominations] into the sea [Age of Christendom] and chose the large [Fine] fish [Christian teaching] without difficulty. [Because it was obvious which one was the finest] whoever has [Two] ears to hear, [down to Verse 33] let him hear [Both upper and lower teachings].
