I was disgusted by the behaviour of a SANParks official in Kruger this weekend. I was slowly ambling down the S34 and could see this dust plume emerging behind me. A Jeep Cherokee, registration 1000KM GP with SANParks stickers on the doors came roaring up on my tail and tried every manouevre to get past me. I eventually let him pass, and he went roaring off. 3km further down the road were 4 lions lying on the side of the road - this was clearly what he was racing to as he skidded to a halt right next to the lions, took 5 photos, did a u-turn and went roaring back the way he came. Absolutely disgusted by the example set.
