I was feeling a bit inspired after Kendra Lahuts post and i found a quick video to make a basic medieval outfit in 4 minutes. This is for those of you still saving money to buy authentic garb, this video provides a very cheap alternative, and although it does not look as good as actual garb, it looks 1000% better than contemporary clothes. if youre having trouble finding plain pants I recommend buying a cheap pair of plain black or brown sweatpants. if youre looking for a cheap solution to period shoes you can get knock off uggs from walmart and use them as a base, they cost like 10 bucks at most and they look better than sneakers. if anyone has any questions about looking more period or how to enhance costuming let me know, Ill be glad to help if I can.
