I was finally able to counter file the false copyright claim against me , made by a member of the Sandy Hook family. I turned all my videos back on now that I know theyre just flagging videos that mention THEM PERSONALLY. I thought they might be coming after all my videos like the LAST 6 times I was shut down. Instead, its even worse, its someone going after a certain message online, picking on certain people who dare to speak up. Youd expect this in a dictatorship, not America. But here we are, and Im left DEFENDING myself because of showing public information, and public searches on google? HUH?! Free speech? Apparently not when other citizens are allowed to engage in illegal activity online. Why are they being allowed to use a ficticious company, with an anonymous address to file claims in the first place?! That is the real question youve got to ask yourself. How do I confront my accuser if they are a fictional company with a PO Box address and no listed phone number? Id have to get a lawyer, and incur thousands of dollars in cost just to PROVE MY INNOCENCE...... wait a second.. proving your innocent? This is America right? They have to prove me guilty, I dont have to prove Im NOT guilty. This is asinine.
