I was given the number 10 but you guys no so much about me. 1. When I was small I pulled an hot iron off on me and held it in my arms and have a scar on each bicep and in the dimple on my chin. Nannie Frances took pics of my burnt face... it was bad. Guess I am lucky to look the way I do. 2. I spent most of my youth outside alone with my dog Lady walking around in the woods or riding my bicycle. I also lived a whole summer after my dad died at Melonie Swaims house. First time I had ever seen MTV. 3. I love to sing! knew that right. 4. I was baptized in an old cow pond off hwy 67 going toward Booneville from Yadkinville, NC. Both my grandmas were actually there. 5. I was never scared to do things alone like cruise Elkin around Elkin, NC. 6. I was the fat, made fun of girl that was always chosen last and well as we all know never had any luck with the guys always the one with heart break... we know that too right. 7. I absolutely loved for my papa Jack to chase me around his house on our mini bikes and that he always made sure I had food to eat!!! and he swung me on the front porch swing at his house. I loved that he loved me. 8. I spend a lot of time alone just sitting on a rock alone by the New River where Jodie Vestal proposed to me. I drove up there often, there, and to Doughten Park area where my family camped when I was young. 9. I completed basic training in Ft. Leonard Wood Missouri on December 05, 1996 after having stayed drunk on amoretto sours and working midnight shift at Unifi for the summer. Then I went on Ft. Sam Houston Texas and completed what at the time was called 91 bravo school to be a medic then to Appalachian State University to complete ROTC land and be commissioned to Second LT with the US Army National Guard. Sadly, I never got to go over seas... But I have three great girls and was honorably discharged as a standing officer. 10. I was actually a size 5 and wore a size 1-2 to high school graduation!!! Wish someone would have taken a pic of me that day. It stormed bad the day the Starmount High class of 93 graduated, I was late to graduation and my mom would not even go. Actually, I had no family there. She also never went to one of my band competitions (only one ballgame that I remember) where I and Chris Gilliam won numerous first place awards for being Drum Majors together two years in a row. I loved band and I loved my band friends!!!
