I was given the number 7 so here are 7 things you may not know about me.... #1. Years ago I was a mechanic. My specialty was rebuilding Volkswagen engines. #2. For years, during my first marriage, I was a victim of spousal abuse. Because of the abuse, I was extremely close to taking my own life. I am so happy now that I didnt!! #3. I used to hunt and kiil deer. Then one year Jim bought a scope for my rifle. I had the crosshairs on a big doe about 50 yards away...easy shot! But then she batted those long, beautiful eyelashes at me and I just could not bring myself to pull the trigger. That was the last time I ever hunted with anything other than my camera. 4. I wish my daughter and grandkids would call me once in a while even if its just to say HI. #5. Although I really enjoy hiking with Connecting With Nature, I am actually a loner by nature. #6. If I could camp out all summer long, I would be content. #7. My husband spoils me.
