I was in a shop recently to buy some door handles. I took some from a shelf and proceeded to a till where the attendants were talking to each other, oblivious of my presence. Only at the third attempt to ask for a price did one of them slowly turn to me, and respond as if annoyed at me. I then went to the pay point where the attendant took my money and before giving me change, went away, ignoring me and proceeding to someone else who had come in after me. They only returned after I had raised an alarm. WHAT IS WRONG WITH OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE?!
