I was just sitting here thinking and laughing but definitely thanking God for my smarts. This brain of mine. While some people are struggling to finish high school and barely making it in college, I am sitting here thinking about what degree I want next... because I can and I am bored. I definitely dont take that lightly but it put a lot of things into perspective for me. School was never hard and I have never really struggled. I may have gotten bored with it and stopped trying which caused some overwhelming moments but I never struggled. I realize that that in and of itself is such a blessing. I stress over so much stuff in my life and I worry over every little thing but here I am just casually wondering what I want to get a PhD in like it is nothing. I know this sounds like a bunch of rambling but I just had to share my thoughts. It was just overwhelming. I had to stop and thank God for a minute. I realize I have taken a lot for granted.
