I was nominated TWICE to do the ice bucket challenge this weekend. I havent done it yet, but I have something up my sleeve that Ill be doing later this next weekend, a spin on the ice bucket challenge ♥ I have donated to ALS in the past, and many other charities through the cupcake superhero part of my business. This time I want to use my nomination to donate something that is especially close / personal to my heart and to my family---Parkinsons, since my mom was diagnosed a few years ago and it is similar to ALS in some ways. I think its ok to use your nomination to donate to something you feel is close to your heart..and to put your own creative spin on the ice bucket part of it. The important thing is, we are all creating this link to help each other out. This is one cool thing about social media.
