I was nominated by Ruth Johansen to complete the ALS ice bucket challenge . I accepted the challenge but I will donate as well . its a great cause so please consider donating . ALS numbs and eventually takes away ur physical motor ability affecting ur entire body and leaves u paralyzed while ur brain is still active and conscious . Its a slow and painful death .
