I was nominated for this challenge by someone that has been an inspiration, a God send, and most importantly one of the best friends one could ask for. Thank you Salem Berhane for always asking more of me than I would ask of myself and pushing me out of my comfort zone. I am never really one to share my feelings but here goes. I am grateful for my family and friends. These are the people that have helped mold me into the person I am today. Be it for a reason, a season, or a lifetime, they have all come and gone taking a part of me and leaving a part of them along the way. I am truly blessed to know or have known each of you. I am grateful for all the heroes in the world. The ones that teach us that the monsters under our beds and boogiemen in the closet can be conquered. They fight to balance the evils of this world and show us the true meaning of humanity. Lastly I am grateful for LOVE. It is something so powerful, and so tender all at once. It can consume you and lift you higher than youve ever been. We long for it, we chase it, and we try our hardest to capture it so that we can have it forever. What I have learned however, is that when we set love free, it is only then that we truly experience and appreciate it. Thank you for allowing me to share.
