I was on the roof early this morning armed with loppers, a small saw and a broom. The recent winds and storms have knocked off leaves, pine needles and bits of branchlets. I trimmed the low branches on the mulberry, avocado and oak. I did notice at least one avocado ripening! (They are hard to see in the leaves.) I swept much of the debris into a tarp to save on later raking. Once on terra firma I trimmed a couple of low hanging branches from my banyan and the dead leaves from my banana trees. The ice cream bananas are growing in size as is the pineapple! All is well in the yard!
