I was pulled over twice in less than 24 hours for having a headlight out. First by the Lower Paxton Twp police and then by the Hummelstown police. Meanwhile, I had just driven 90 miles from State College to Harrisburg in the dark and passed no fewer than 3 State Troopers none of whom stopped me. So, either the local cops are bored and needed something to do, the State Police think they have better things to do or both. And, to top it off, I had my car in the garage for an oil change 5 days before this and they supposedly had fixed the burnt out light.
