I was speaking to a fella that repairs computers in the Houma area the other day, hes on Facebook as are several others, and he had the nerve to tell me he didnt need this piece of paper, or an education, or insurance, just to fix computers. Look, just because they might have flashy business cards, have signs at intersections and on light poles, have a Facebook page, does not mean they are licensed to LEGALLY do business, have insurance (Financial responsibility), education, and certifications to do the work that you need done.
