I was thinking the other day about how much I always enjoy Noahs Ark Restaurant. I love the pizza and the Italian broiled chicken; I enjoy the chicken parmesan and homemade meatballs and sausage. Their dinner rolls just make me so happy. I love the mid-century coziness and the sense of warmth and well-being I always get when I settle into a booth there. I love the fact that theyll welcome you late into the evening. Some of my friends, however, scoff at my affection for Noahs. Which leads me to two questions: One--do you get Noahs? And two: Are there other restaurants that you like a lot, even though they make you a culinary outcast among your foodie friends? (Of course, the easy answer is I dont care what my friends think, but you know what I mean here....)
