I was too tired yesterday. I was so tired yesterday that it was shocking to remember that I used to do a fulltime job in that condition, write briefs in that condition, listen to clients cry in that condition, travel to gigs in that condition, perform 80-minute shows in that condition, do Q & As and artists talks in that condition, cook dinner at 10:30 p.m. in that condition, make life-sized sculpture in that condition, write and re-write plays in that condition - I did so many things when I was too tired. I should be dead. I am so grateful that I lived long enough to finally enjoy being an artist. There are only 451 days until the day after Thursday, December 31, 2015 (a Thursday, 1 year, 2 months and 24 days from today), when having a commitment every morning means logging off FB and hanging the greenscreen.
