I watched this video. I did not read the article or research it further. The video was quite enough. So, the prospect of shooting another human being is ideally something that should give a decent person pause. The reason for a civilian to shoot someone is, again ideally, self defense. By that, I believe the purpose is to -stop- an attacker. As you can imagine, the prospects are dicey as to whether or not youll wound them or kill them. It is also my belief that if a civilian shoots another human being with any other motive than stopping them, that makes them a murderer. The desire to kill someone while enacting lethal force is the epitome of murderous intent. This ammo will devastate any target hit with it. The existence of it is heartbreaking. It is indefensible. It is obscene. I wonder when it will show up at a campus or elementary school.
