I went and located the compensation plan for Wake Up Now to see how people get paid in this company. Here is the financial statement as provided by Wake Up Now on wakeupnow. Now I give credit to these guys here because they don’t fluff their numbers at all. Over 56% of their promoters make less than $.10 a year. 80% of their promoters make no more than .53 on an annual basis. Looking at this income statement they provided you can see the money is being made for the 1% at the top and the majority are not making any money at all. Now for a company that has been in business for over 3-4 years that raises concerns for me and it should for you. Now it needs to be noted that customer commissions are not included and that could change the variable a little bit but not that much. Next I did a Bloomberg financial report to see what the company takes in annually. According to the Bloomberg report the revenues are falling every year not growing. Again another red flag.
