I went to a social event yesterday afternoon where a former friend was not only extremely rude to me, but exceptionally rude to Graham. So rude, in fact, that Graham came up to me, not knowing who the person was, and asked me why he was such a c*nt? Why? Because I wasnt prepared to take sides in an argument, as it would have meant condeming an old friend of mine, because (this person) didnt like what he was saying. The old friend deleted the post anyway. It didnt end there. Not content with that, this person had taken a screen shot of the words he took offence to, and kept hectoring me to sondemn what the old friend had said. I said (I think legitimately) that as Id actually been at the theatre, and not following their spat, and had no intention of going through all the facebook posts (which had by that time been deleted anyway) and I was on the eve of leaving for my summer holiday, I didnt wish to become involved. I was threatened that hed spread malicious rumours about me. Seems hes started... I just came to de-friend the guy from yesterday afternoon, only to find that hes got there first. I hadnt noticed... It seems that unfortunately that Spitting Image were right after all...
