I went to get my eye glasses adjusted after work tonight. They werent sitting on my face properly. After they tried 6 times, seriously, 6 times. She hides my glasses from me, gets the trial frames from the shelf. Adjusts them and proceeds to tell me she is going to switch frames. She broke my frames while adjusting them. I tell her I would prefer new frames. I will wait while she orders them. She tells me they are back ordered and no longer available. I tell her I will take a refund. Now I am blind again...
