I went to my Endocrinologist yesterday for lab work. She scheduled me for my radioactive iodine treatment to be administered tomorrow. I will be in isolation at my home for one week with my full body scan scheduled for next Friday. After that I will be cleared to go back to work. I dont know how long it will take to get results from scan but please pray for it to be clear of all cancer. I also need prayers that we can find the correct Synthroid dose for my body. I will start that medication on Saturday after the full body scan. I will keep everyone posted as I go stir crazy this next week.
