I went to the shed today, pulled out the storm door inserts, leaned them on the deck.... = shit I am out of breath already. It didnt stop me though. I grabbed a rake and started to do a ten foot section.... =out of breath again. I knew it was time to stop. I miss raking, I miss taking care of my own yard, I miss my five mile run/walks, I miss the ocean too & the things that I miss will be back someday. I am so proud of myself for not giving in or giving up and not being able to do some of the things I really miss, well turns out as long as this courage and attitude continues, I will Back and stronger. As I get closer to transplant I honestly become scared .... I am scared and not going to pretend otherwise. Today I had some moments of darkness and made it. I will continue working hard against cancer and keep my faith & my hope high! I will beat this :) Goodnight & rest well Amen!!!
