I went to wal-mart in Washington IL. last night to get some groceries. I picked up some Oscar Mayer Cheese Hot Dogs. tonight Ronnie went to get some and noticed the outside of the package was sliced . he origonally thought that the person opening Oscar Mayers box of hot dogs did it but closer inspection of package of hot dogs revealed the packaging between the hot dogs was sliced too and that couldnt have happened with a cutter opening the box. because it would have cut the entire top of the hot dogs off. this only could have happened at the plant. However he called walmart in washington to let them know. they didnt really care. they asked if he had the receipt and told him to bring them back. What if they were tampered with? do they not care????
