I will never ever shop at NORDSTORM RACK in riverside plaza again! The STAFF is unprofessional an will racial profile you the minute you walk into the store. Immediately they started following me. It was so noticeable they were watching me shop the whole entire time by one of the workers watching my every move! She was so close to me, you would have thought we went there together to shop, the way she was following me. Like if your going to watch someone an make sure they arent going to steal at least do it from a distance instead of basically breathing on their neck! I felt very uncomfortable there. The STAFF was rude! I could hear them talking to one another on my location and where I was headed. One of the workers stood behind me in line pretending to PURCHASE merchandise, I guess to make sure I was going to pay for the items that I had. As soon as I PAID FOR MY BELONGINGS, an walked out the store, one of the male employees is standing out front waiting for me to exit, and loudly and clearly over his walkie talkie says, shes leaving now. So I look around to see who he is talking about and Im the only person who has exited the store. So now Im Furious an want to know why they were watching my every move. So I approach him and ask him does he know me? He says no. Then I see the two shoppers that were following me the entire time looking out the window watching me talk to him. I told him I would be filing a complaint because thats not right how the three of you were watching me the entire time. While I tried to shop peacefully, but instead you three made it very uncomfortable. This store lost a customer I will never return! I dont need to steal shit! Whether I spend 100 or 1000 I have the money. Your store needs the money to stay open so you weirdos that were following me like no tomorrow will have a job.
