I will never shop at Tops in Medina again. Ever. My sister and I were reading magazines (she was checking to see if she really wanted to buy any) for about 3 minutes and some ignorant old hag (short reddish brownish hair) walked by and was like well they arent free. in a very snippy voice. I could have punched the crap out of her but instead we just walked off. They do not deserve our customer loyalty anymore. And does anyone know the number for tops and who to ask for to address this? I understand off days but you never take it out on a customer. Had she given us another minute and not been rude we would have probably actually purchased it.
